Ingredients

  1. Milk (1 kg)
  2. Egg (1-2)
  3. Sugar (1 cup)
  4. Cardamom (5-6)
  5. Baking powder (3 tea spoon)
  6. Flour (2 tea spoon)
  7. Pista & Almonds (for garnishing)
  8. Oil (2 table spoon)

Process Of Making Rasmalai Recipe

  • Take a pan add milk,sugar and cook until bring to boil.
  • Then take out milk in a bowl.
  • Then take another bowl add 2-3 cups of milk, then add egg,baking powder,flour,oil and mix it well to become dough.
  • Make a flat balls, then heat a pan add remaining milk,cardamom and flat balls cook it for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish it with pista and almonds.
