Ingredients

  1. Milk (half liter)
  2. Flour (4 table spoon)
  3. Lemon juice (1 tea spoon)
  4. Rose water (1 table spoon)
  5. Sugar (1 cup)
  6. Citric acid (1 tea spoon)
  7. Cardamon powder (1 tea spoon)
  8. Saffron (1 tea spoon)

Process Of Making Rasgulla Recipe

  • Dissolve citric acid in a water.
  • Boil milk in a pot,take out in a bowl.
  • Then add lemon and citric acid, stir continiously until white curd form.
  • Take out curd in a bowl wash it, drain out in a bowl add flour and make a smoot dough.
  • Make a balls like shown in a picture.
  • Take a pan add 2 cup of water,sugar and boil until it's become thicky, then add balls and cook further for 10-15 minutes.
  • Take out in a bowl add rose water and leave for half an hour.
  • Garnish it with saddron.
