Ingredients

  1. Chicken (500 gm boneless)
  2. Corn flour (3 table spoon)
  3. Vinegar (half tea spoon)
  4. Chilli sauce (1 tea spoon)
  5. Soya sauce (3 table spoon)
  6. Onions (2 chopped)
  7. Garlic (2 table spoon choped)
  8. Peanuts (1/4 cup)
  9. Olive oil (4 table spoon)
  10. Salt (as per taste)

Process Of Making Kung Pao Chicken

  • Take a bowl add corn flour,some water,2 table spoon oil,2 table spoon soya sauce and mix it well.
  • Then coat chicken pieces with mixture and put in a frezzer about 15-20 minutes for marination.
  • Take an another bowl add corn flour,water,chilli sauce,vinegar,soya sauce,oil,garlic,onion,peanuts and mix togetter well.
  • Heat  oil in a pan, add marinated chicken cook until chicken become juicey then add sauce and cook until sauce become thicken for 10-15 minutes.
  • Garnish it with red pepper and coriander.
