Ingredients

  1. Suji (2 tables spoon)
  2. Egg (2)
  3. Milk powder (1.5 cup)
  4. Baking powder (2 table spoon)
  5. Sugar (1.5 cups)
  6. Rose water (2 tea spoon)
  7. Water (as require)
  8. Pista (1 table spoon)
  9. Oil (as require)

Process Of Making Gulab Jamun

  • Take a pan add 2 cup of water,1 cup of sugar,rose water and mix it well cook for 5-7 minutes until water become thick, then take out in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in another pan add suji,egg,milk powder,baking powder,sugar,rose water and mix it well until become a thicky dough.
  • Then take out from flame and make a balls, then deep fry balls for 10-15 minutes until it's colour become brown.
  • Then put it in a rose water bowl and garnish it with pista.
