Vegetarian Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Fresh lasagna (12-15 sheets)
  2. White Sauce (1 cup)
  3. Cheese freshly grated (3 table spoon)
  4. Red bell pepper (1)
  5. Yellow bell pepper (1)
  6. Onion (1 peleed)
  7. Carrot (1 peeled)
  8. Garlic cloves crushed (1 table spoon)
  9. Tomato blend (2 table spoon)
  10. Fresh chopped tomates (200 gm)
  11. Red chilli powder (1 table spoon)
  12. Pepper (as per taste)
  13. Salt (as per taste)

Process Of Making Vegetable Lasagna

  • Chopped onion and carrot very finley.
  • Heat oil in a large sauce pen add onion,garlic cook for 3-5 minutes until onion become soft stir it.
  • Then add tomatoes blend,red bell pepper,yellow bell pepper,chopped tomatoes and salt and stir finely cooked until bring to boil.
  • Cook it at low flame for  10-15  minutes
  • Spread 2-4 vegetable sauce into oven proof dish.Cover with a layer of lasagne then spread over white sauce to cover the lasagne completely.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the top and stand the dish on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 180c / 350f  or mark for 40 minutes until bubbling and well brown.
  • The take out the dish, befor cutting into cubes leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
