Ingredients


  1. Potaoes (3)
  2. Carrot (2)
  3. Cauliflower (half kg)
  4. Peas (1 cup)
  5. Turnip (3-4)
  6. Capsicums (2)
  7. Red onion (half cup)
  8. Garlic choped (1 table spoon)
  9. Yogurt(dahi) (2 cups)
  10. Red chilli choped (1 table spoon)
  11. Coriander chopped (1 table spoon)
  12. Coconut oil (1/4 cup)
  13. Salt (as per taste)
  14. Oil (as per require)

Process Of Making Vegetable Curry


  • Cut potato,turnip and carrot int cubes,Seprate flowers of cauli.
  • Take a pen heat oil in it for 5 minutes, Then fry all vegetables one by one without capsicum.
  • Take a bowl add yogurt(dahi),salt,chilli powder,coriander and red onion and stir it well.
  • Then take an another pen heat oil for 3-4 minutes and fry galic in pen for 2 minutes, Then add yogurt(dahi)mixture into it and stir it until oil seems separate.
  • Then add all fried vegetables into it and capsicum,mix it well.
  • Then add half cup of water and cook it for 5-10 minutes on a low flame.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
