Ingredients


  1. Rice (2 cups)
  2. Green cardamoms (4)
  3. Bay leaves (5)
  4. Lemon juice (1 table spoon)
  5. Cloves (4)
  6. Garam masala powder (2 table spoon)
  7. Cumin seeds (1 tea spoon)
  8. Cream (half cup)
  9. Blade mace (2)
  10. Mixed vegetables (1 cup)
  11. Fried onions (half cup)
  12. Yellow food colour 
  13. Yogurt (1 pack)
  14. Mint leaves choped (1 table spoon)
  15. Water (as require)
  16. Oil (as require)
  17. Salt (as per taste)

Process Of Making Veg Biryani Recipe


  • Soaked rice for 25 minutes.
  • Take a pen boil water add salt and mint leaves, then add cloves,cardamom,mace and cumins stir it and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then add rice and boil for 15-20 minutes till rice is done.
  • Drain out the rice.
  • Then put back into pan add garam masala,2 table spoon of oil,bay leaves,fried onions,mixed vegetables, sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Soak saffron in milk and add food colour.
  • Pour on one half of rice while other is white.
  • Spread the cream and yogurt over the rice, cook at low flame for 25-30 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
