Ingredients

  1. Beef legs (2 clean cuted into pieces)
  2. Yogurt(dahi) (2 cups)
  3. Red chilli choped (1 table spoon)
  4. Coriander (1 bunch)
  5. Tumeric powder (half table spoon)
  6. Garlic ginger choped (1 table spoon)
  7. Garam masala (1 table spoon)
  8. Lemon (2)
  9. Coriander powder (2 table spoon)
  10. Onion (2 choped)
  11. Green chilli (4)
  12. Salt (as per taste)
  13. Oil (2 cups)

Process Of Making Paya Recipe


  • First of all wash the beef legs.
  • Take a big pen fill half pen with water, Add garlic,beef legs and boil it for 5-6 hours.
  • Then take out beef and bones in a dish.and water in a bowl.
  • Take an another pen heat oil and fry onions until it's become brown, Then take out onion and choped it.
  • Take a bowl add chopped brown onion,red chilli,coriander powder,tumeric powder,garlic ginger,garam masala,green chillis,yogurt(dahi),beef legs and salt mix it well.
  • Then add mixture and water of bowl in a pen and cook at a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • When oil is separated paya is ready then add lemon juice from top.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
