Ingredients

  1. Paneer (500 gm)
  2. Fresh spanish (500 gm)
  3. Chilli powder (1 tea spoon)
  4. Onion (1 choped)
  5. Coriander powder (1 tea spoon)
  6. Garlic cloves (3 crushed)
  7. Ginger (1 choped)
  8. Cumin powder (1 tea spoon)
  9. Cream (1 pack)
  10. Tumeric powder (1 tea spoon)
  11. Oil (as require)
  12. Salt (as per taste)

Process Of Making Palak Paneer Recipe

  • Heat oil in a pen and fry paneer until golden brown, drain out and cut into pieces.
  • Take an another pen heat oil fry onions, add garlic ginger keep stiring cook for 3 minutes.
  • Then add some water,salt,cumin seeds,chili powder,coriander and tumeric powder.
  • Stir for 2-3 minutes add some more water, add cream and spanish mix it and cover and cook till most of liquid evoprate.
  • Then stir it and cook it for more 5 minutes.
  • Serve it with naan or chapati.
