Ingredients

  1. Beef minced (half kg)
  2. Roasted chickpeas (2 cups)
  3. Red chilli powder (3 tea spoon)
  4. Garam masala (2 tea spoon)
  5. Onion (1)
  6. Garlic (1 bunch)
  7. Tumeric powder (1 tea spoon)
  8. Cumin seeds (1 tea spoon)
  9. Coriander powder (1 tea spoon)
  10. Salt (as per taste)
  11. Oil (as per repuire)

Process Of Making Kofta Recipe

  • Grind chickpeas in a choper.
  • Take a chopper add garam masala chickepeas powder,minched mix it.
  • Then make a balls and fry it.
  • For gravy slice the onion thinly, grind the garlic with some water.
  • Take a pen fry a onions,then add koftas,garlic,red chilli powder,tumeric powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds and salt.
  • Add 1 cup of water and give pressure in cooker.
  • Then dry the water and roast the masala well,then add half cup of water and cook for 10-20 minutes.
  • Garnish it with coriander
