Ingredients

  1. Urad daal (1 cup)
  2. Tumeric powder (1 table spoon)
  3. Red kidney beans (1 table spoon)
  4. Cumin seeds (1 table spoon)
  5. Onion (1 choped)
  6. Garlic paste (1 table spoon)
  7. Tomato (1 choped)
  8. Cream (1 cup)
  9. Ginger (1)
  10. Butter (2 table spoon)
  11. Green chilis (2 choped)
  12. Garam masala (1 table spoon)
  13. Coriander leaves (choped)
  14. Coriander powder (1 table spoon)
  15. Red chili (1 tea spoon)
  16. Salt (as per taste)

Process Of Making Dal Makhani Recipe

  • Soak red kidney seeds in water.
  • Cook red kidney seeds in a pen add salt,uraad dal and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Then mash it and boil it again, take out on dish and add cream mix it.
  • Take a pen heat oil fry oinons add cumin seeds,garlic paste fry till brown, add ginger,green chilis, and cook till tomates become soft.
  • Now add daal mixture and stir at low flame.
  • When it's become boil remove from flame.
  • Garnish it with cream and coriander.
