Ingredients


  1. Chicken breast (500 gm boneless)
  2. Chicken broth (half cup)
  3. Marsala wine (half cup)
  4. Flour (half cup)
  5. Butter (2 table spoon)
  6. Olive oil (3 table spoon)
  7. pepper (as per taste)
  8. Mushrooms (2 pound)
  9. Salt (as per taste)

Process Of Making Chicken Marsala Recipe


  • Take a bowl add flour coat chicken both sides with flour.
  • Heat oil in a pen, fry chicken until lightly brown on both sides.
  • Take out chicken on a plate, then add mushrooms in oil fry till it's become juicy.
  • Then add marsala wine stir with wooden spoon, add butter,chicken broth,pepper and salt.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, then add chicken breast and until heated through.
  • Boil some noodles.
  • Pour noodles on a serving dish and transfer the chicken breast over noodles.
  • Garnish it with sauce.
