Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast (1 kg boneless skinless)
  2. Flour (1 table spoon)
  3. Pepper (as per taste)
  4. Corn starch (1 table spoon)
  5. Onion (1 large)
  6. Egg (1)
  7. Salt (as per taste)

Sauce

  1. Chicken borth (1 cup)
  2. Sugar (1 table spoon)
  3. Soya sauce (3 table spoon)
  4. Ketchup (1/2 cup)
  5. Tomato puree (1/4 cup)
  6. Garlic minced (1 table spoon)
  7. Corn starch (1 table spoon)
  8. Ginger minced (1 table spoon)
  9. Water (3 table spoon)
  10. Oil (for frying)

Process Of Making Chicken Manchurian Recipe

  • Take a bowl add flour,corn starch,salt,egg,pepper an mix it well.
  • Dip chicken into mixture coat well and deep fry chicken pieces until it's become golden brown,Drain out on tissue papper.
  • Take an another pen fry onions for 1 minute add garlic,ginger stir it.Then add chicken borth,tomato puree,ketchup,soya sauce and sugar.
  • Mix it well, wait till bring to boil.
  • Mix 2 table spoon corn starch with 1 table spoon of water and pour into a mixture and stir it well.
  • Cook until the sauce become thick.
  • In a bowl pour sauce over the chicken pieces and mix it well.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
