Ingredients

  1. Chicken flank breast boneless (2-3 pounds)
  2. Lime juice (2 table spoon)
  3. Garlic (3 cloves minced)
  4. Chilli powder (1 tea spoon)
  5. Green bell pepper (1)
  6. Red bell pepper (1)
  7. Yellow bell pepper (1)
  8. Onion (1)
  9. Olive oil (3 table spoon)
  10. Salt (as per taste)

Process Of Makinf Chicken Fajitas

  • Place the chicken in a baking dish or other pan put lime juice,2 tbsp oil,garlic,chilli powder,salt over the steak and turn a few times so it's evenly coated.Cover and refigerate for 2-3 hours for chicken fajita marinade.
  • Remove the chicken from the fridge an set it on a counter to warm while we prepare vegitables.
  • Take a peppers cut a peppers in a half,and remove the seeds portion.Cuts the onion into rough wedges,toss the vegitables with 1 tsp olive oil and sprinkle a salt.
  • Lay the vegitables in a single layer on a baking sheet,put it in a oven for 5 minutes until the tops are charred.
  • Place the chicken in a oven then cook for 4-5 minutes,then flip the chicken.Cook another 3-5 minutes,until the steak is done.
  • Thinly slice the steak on a cutting board,and tansfer slices to the platter with the vegitables.
  • Serve on a flour bread or with some extra toppings.
