Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast (half kg boneless)
  2. Lemon juice (1 table spoon)
  3. Black pepper (1 tea spoon)
  4. Egg (2)
  5. Flour (3 cup)
  6. Grated Permesan (1/3 cup)
  7. Mustard (2 table spoon)
  8. Avocado (1 cut into wedges) (optional)
  9. Breadcrumbs (2 cup)
  10. Oil (for frying)
  11. Salt (as per taste)


Process Of Making Chicken Cutlet Recipe

  • Take chicken on cutting board and slice the chicken into 2 or 3 pieces.
  • Spriknle both sides of chicken with pepper and salt.
  • Take a 3 bowl add flour in first.In second bowl add mustard and eggs mix it well, then in 3rd bowl add parmesan and lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Then take chicken slice coat with flour then with eggs and then with mixture.
  • Put chicken slice in a freezer for half hour.
  • Pre heat oven to 260 degrees F.
  • Then heat oil in a pen and fry chicken slices for 2 minutes, remove to paper towel sprinkle salt.
  • Put chicken slice on baking sheet and place in the oven bake till become brownish.
  • Garnish it with avocado and lemon.
